my recent stay at travelodge in lansing exceeded my expectations! the guy behind the desk was super friendly, making me feel welcome. definitely left a positive impression.

i didnt like the fact that i had made reservation n i didnt get the room that i reserved i didnt want no double bed i reserved a king size bed with a microwave n refrigerater n i didnt get any of that the lady at the front desk guarantee that i was going to get my room that i reserved n i had to pay a little more for the room i had i thought that if u make reservation u r guarantee that room i am very upset about that.when i ask the lady at the front desk why i didnt get the that i reserved she said it wasnt clean n that didnt make no sense if check in time was at 3 and i didnt get there until 5

The bed was comfortable, we loved it...

The guy behind the desk was very friendly. The hotel is located in a great neighborhood in the south suburb area. It is convenient, with easy access on and off of the expressway. I appreciated the close proximity to restaurants.

Everything was fantastic.

Nothing!!!!!

Everything.... Dirty.... Asked to speak with the Manager, was not there.... The whole outside was filthy.... Would never recommend this hotel or any howard johnson'S... Could not get into way after check-in time..... Not worth what we paid for.... WOULD LIKE A CREDIT......

Easy to get toand price

The one issue I had was the noise. I was travelingalone and needed to sleep and someone had their music up. I called to the office to tell them and nothing was done. I didn't get a very good nights sleep.

The hotel offered great value for the price and was in a convenient location near the highway. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and there was plenty of outdoor lighting for security.

The breakfast was just okay and the breakfast area got a little messy. The furniture and fixtures could use some updating.

That my key card didn't work everyday I stayed at the front desk about my key mot working

Didnt like that I got there early and was going to pay $20 ext to check in early, but I changed my mind and got there to check in and they made me wait 30 mins after check in time to get my room cause the computers messed up, I felt I should have charged them $20 ext for making me wait............

Great value for money, friendly staff

During our recent city break, we found a great value hotel with friendly staff. The complementary breakfast and parking were a nice surprise. The location was convenient for our planned activities in the area. We also appreciated the comfortable, clean rooms.

The WiFi was not reliable during our stay which made it difficult to stay connected. Additionally, there were some noisy surroundings that interrupted our sleep at night.

Prise was good, but hotel is far from Chicago downtown if it is your destination.

I would say it is perect 2 star hotel instead of 3 star. Otherwise everything was ok.Maybe need renovation, but was clean.

It was dirty, there were people partying in the halls at night. We ended up leaving because we were uncomfortable with the people that were staying there and wandering around outside.

our recent stay in lansing was not so great, but travelodge really stepped up their game for this wedding celebration! we were pleasantly surprised by their friendly staff and superb service. everything exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be coming back.

Not Clean looking, Ice Machine did not work

The availability of a room.

At entrance, the door lock was bent forcefully with a screwdriver type of tool. The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. Lights were not working. There was only a third of a roll of toilet paper in the whole room. The worst encounter was that upon closing the bathroom door, there were a multitude of dead bugs in the corner. I don't believe the place had seen a mop in weeks if not months. They advertised there was coffee in the room, but coffee was not to be found. We were lucky to find a piece of soap that we could use. We did not dare use the shower. Upon inspection of the bed, all things looked clean, but we sure wondered if we would encounter bugs.
